Meet Our Doctor....
Dr. Lorraine Hanna graduated from the University of
Michigan School of Dentistry in 1991. She worked for
dentists in Coldwater and Battle Creek before moving
to Kalamazoo and purchasing the practice of Dr. Jim
Murray in 1995. In 2001 Dr. Hanna moved her practice
to its current location upon the retirement of Dr. Mel
White. Dr. Hanna is very involved in organized dentistry
and has been the president of the Kalamazoo Valley
District Dental Society and the Bunting Periodontal
Study Club, which provide educational programs for
Michigan dentists.
Dr. Hanna was awarded the Fellowship in the Academy
of General Dentistry in 2001 for extensive continuing
education. Dr. Hanna received the Young Dentist
Leadership Award in 2000, presented by the Michigan
Dental Association. Most recently, Dr. Hanna was
awarded "America's Top Dentists Award" by the
Consumer's Research Council of America for her
leadership in the field of dentistry and dedication to
continuing education.
Dr. Hanna is married and is the proud mom of daughter
Sara! Her hobbies include scuba diving, hunting, fishing
and photography. Dr. Hanna also plays the harp, piano and
handbells and recently served on the Board of Directors
at her church.
Dr. Hanna prides herself in providing quality family
dentistry in a relaxing atmosphere. In this office you
